Is there gated parking?

- Yes! We have limited secure, surface parking available for residents. Additionally residents can also park on the street through the City's Resident Parking Program.

Do you allow for pets?

- Absolutely! We love our fur residents. A monthly $50 pet fee is applicable (per pet) along with a $500 pet deposit.

Do you have a rooftop?

- Our rooftop is open and ready for all residents to enjoy. Whether you’re enjoying happy hour with friends, catching fireworks from Sutter Health Park, or just vibing with a good book, it’s the perfect spot to kick back on a cool summer night.

Do you have EV stalls?

- We do not currently. BUT the City has EV stalls available facing our property for residents to use.

How walkable is this location?

- Incredibly walkable. Step outside and you’re just minutes from restaurants, cafes, and everyday fun -no car required.
